Access
Most online resources on the Library website are available from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Use your culinary email username and password to login to get full-text of articles and ebooks.

 

Interlibrary Loan
If there is a book or article that we do not have in the library, we will get a copy for you through Interlibrary Loan, a free service for all CIA students, staff & faculty.

 

Book Purchase Request
If the CIA Library does not have a book that you need for your coursework, please contact us. 
We can purchase ebooks that are pertinent to the program. Ebooks become available the same day the request is accepted. To recommend that the CIA Library purchase a new book for its collections, email Raven Fonfa or use this online form.

Tools to Organize & Cite Your Research

Omnivore and most Library Databases provide tools to create citations. Locate & click a citation tool button e.g. CITE to generate a citation.
