Obtaining Institutional Review Board (IRB) Approval
When conducting any research involving human-related subjects, all researchers involved in the study must complete collaborative IRB Training Initiative Program (CITI) training and have Marist (IRB approval.
If you require IRB approval for a study, please see the CETL or Ted Russin.
Getting Started with IRB
All researchers involved in the study must complete the CITI training Basic Course in Social and Behavioral Research and the Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct in Research. The certificates earned will expire in three years.
Every person involved in the study must submit both training certificates with your IRB.
