Part 3: Troubleshooting

  • "Access Denied" or Spinning Wheel:
    • Enable Third-Party Cookies: Your browser may be blocking Kaltura. Go to your browser settings and ensure "Third-Party Cookies" are allowed.
    • Safari Users: Turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" in Safari Privacy settings.
    • Try a Different Browser: Chrome or Firefox usually work best.
  • Camera/Microphone Not Working:
    • Check Browser Permissions: Click the "Lock" icon 🔒 in your browser address bar (next to the URL) and ensure Camera and Microphone are set to Allow.
  • Video Not Appearing After Upload:
    • Processing Time: Large videos take time to process. If you see "Media is being processed," check back in 15–30 minutes. You do not need to stay on the page while it processes.
