This resource guide is part of my final project for Applied Food Studies. I have worked extensively with unions, including but not limited to being a union steward to help negotiate a historic contract for my fellow food workers as part of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union. I have seen first hand both the benefits of unions and the limitations of not having them in place. I hope to inform, engage, and empower all of you as individuals in your future careers.
