Canva PDF Editor

Canva has a robust PDF Editor allows you to edit, combine, and download PDF documents.

Step 1

Click PDF editor under Design Spotlight.

 

Step 3

What can you do in the PDF Editor? Edit content in a PDF Merge PDF documents Organize PDF pages.  Split, insert, or extract PDF pages. Select “Upload your PDF” and follow the instructions or click on a PDF that is uploaded.

 

Step 4

You can edit the PDF as if it were a regular document.  All text can be edited and you can add any graphical elements.

 

Combining PDF Documents

 

Step 1

Double-click on the PDF to open it and display all pages. Double-click on the PDF to open it and display all pages. Click on Projects and locate your PDF documents.

 

Step 2

Every page in the PDF is visible on the sidebar. Click on the +Add page to add a blank page to your design.

 

Step 3

Click on the PDF page you want to add to the blank page.

 

Step 4

The PDF page has been copied onto the blank page and is editable. Canva breaks the PDF into editable content.

 

Saving a PDF document

Step 1

Click Share and then  Download.

 

Step 2

Click the File Type dropdown to choose a file type. You an download a PDF as a PDF standard.
