Kaltura Help Guide

This is a comprehensive Guide to the Kaltura Video Platform. It includes instructions for: (1) creating and uploading videos, (2) creating interactivity in Kaltura Videos, and (3) adding Kaltura videos to Moodle.

Save a YouTube Video

Step 1:

Select Kaltura My Media from the top menu bar.

Select Kaltura MyMedia from the top menu.

Step 2:

Select YouTube.

Select YouTube.

Step 3:

Paste YouTube URL into the text box.

Paste YouTube URL into the text box.

Step 4

Select Preview.

Step 5

Once you select Preview, the video will be visible, and you will be able to edit the name and description of it.

The name and description will auto populate.

Step 6

Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

Step 7

The YouTube video will appear in your MyMedia Playlist.
