Adding Video Content in a Textbox

While there is a Kaltura Video Resource for you to add a video to Moodle directly from your Kaltura MyMedia, you can also add a video to any content in a Textbox. Looking closely at the Textbox toolbar, you will notice a button with the Kaltura logo (Kaltura Logo on Textbox toolbar). This can be useful if you want to include context with videos. For instance, you can use a Moodle Page to have the student view the video first and then describe the step-by-step process in text for the student.

Step 1

In the textbox window, click the Kaltura logo on the toolbar.

Step 3

After you select the Embed button, the pop-up window will close, and you will see a text string in the textbox. Next, select Save Changes.

Click Save Changes.

Step 4

The video is now embedded in the Moodle Textbox area.
