Mayonnaise

Yield: Approx. 1 cup

Yolk

1 ea (0.6 oz)

Mustard

0.5 tsp 

Salt and ground white pepper to taste
Cider vinegar and lemon juice 0.5 tsp (total)
Vegetable oil 1 cup
Water as needed to adjust consistency
